Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes aren't fun but Turbo Tax eases the pain We've used Turbo Tax for several years. It's very convenient to have our returns stored and accessible electronically. It's also a great resource to ask specific questions and get clear answers. We also appreciate the encouragement along the way!

The app is designed to provide a seamless experience for users, allowing them to navigate through complex tax situations easily. One of the best features of TurboTax Premium is its ability to import data from various sources, including financial institutions and employers, making the tax filing process much more manageable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good experience I think your premium level should include answering one simple question with maybe a 30 word limit. That's all I needed this year and last. But no way was I going to upgrade to the next level just to get that simple, straightforward question answered. So I went elsewhere for the answer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need update to help for Disaster continuous loop All these years I have NEVER had the problem I had with trying to get my taxes done with TURBOTAX the way it happened this year! The software was still not updated with the latest release update, causing a continuous loop issue associated with Disaster relief questions associated with 1099-R somewhere. NOT GOOD.
