Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax State Programs are Awfully Expensive I have always enjoyed using Turbo Tax. However, this will be my last year. You charge almost $50 to download a state program after you have already paid to download the federal program. Then you also charge to file the state. Most states do not charge you to file you return, following the federal. On top of that you had the never to overcharge me by almost $90. I called about it and was told that there had been an error and I could expect my refund with 3 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!. I will not use your software next year.
