Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product is great but phone support sucks I was having a hard time paying online for state filing online fee. Your automated system is the worst that I have ever experienced. It is absolutely awful.. It took me over 10 minutes of getting though the prompts and then it was over an hour wait. I just went back and paid as a guest. Your prompts are annoying. Try them out yourself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Fabulous! Preferred tool to file taxes for years. My favorite feature is error check and the second level of checking when you hit button to file electronically. Second check does catch incomplete info. Provides peace of mind.
