Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax Makes filing taxes very easy I encountered some confusion when listing a second home I sold in 2021. Was not clear why it was considered an investment property since I never rented it and have pretty much stayed there full time since my retirement several years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Case # 1493740367 helped by TEAM HOPE I talked with 5 people at Turbo Tax to get my question answered. It was very frustrating, each person was courteous and pleasant but unable to help me until I was (finally) transferred to Frank! Frank with Team Hope was such a joy, understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to resolve my question. Without a doubt, he is a real asset to TurboTax, I hope that you are able to train more employees to be "Franks"!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Fees Overall my experince with turbo tax was good. I went through my bank to save $ on the Turbo Tax fee. Initially, I was told by Turbo Tax that the would be $39 but going through my bank it should had been $20 off. But to my dismay I had to pay $49. The Turbo website does not tell you what your final fee is until putting in the credit card information. I even called ahead of time to make sure that I would not be overcharged but the representative was no help, she told me that i just have to click on not upgrading and I would not be charged the $49. This is very upsetting and misleading on the side of Turbo tax. I called back after I was charged and tyhe representative was very suportive but the link to fet a refund or dipute the charges did not give me a confirmation or sent me an email that reflect a refund or dipute.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has some issues On the federal return, it said I had some errors and sent me to review a form for child credits. I filled out the info for filing joint return, me and my wife with no dependents, so why did it want me to correct a form for child credits. Then I wanted to efile federal and mail the state return, but there was no choice to select that option. I managed to get through the filing with some inconvenience. Please, make it better next year.
