Rated 2 out of 5 by from so many fees for automated services When there are so many options available, it's really disheartening when you have to pay extra fees for services that are automated anyway. I get charging more for a human to review the information, that makes sense because there's someone who needs to be paid but charging extra for options that are automatic is scummy. It doesn't cost turbotax anything extra is my point so it's just sad when there's already so many other services out there they still hit you with all these bloated costs. I will be using another service for 2023 return

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Knowledgeable Help! Easy peasy. This process made the stress of taxes much less stressful! Step by step for me was easy. My taxes are not complicated, but this was helpful. I chatted with Stephanie for some assistance at the end, and she walked me through the process and waited patiently for me to for finalize my return. Highly recommend this product to anyone!
