Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love me some TurboTax Crisma was excellent and helpful. I had trouble because I hit the email roadblock to pay TT and then file. It was resolved by going to Intuit account to verify my email, which wasn't clear in the TT pages that I had to go back to Intuit. It pointed me to My Info in TT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Typo at end of TurboTax 2022 reads, "Sing up now" Hi TurboTax team, there is a typo at the end of your 2022 software for individuals in which TurboTax wants to offer customers the opportunity to pre-pay the software for the subsequent year. In the bolded call-to-action section, it says to "Sing up now" rather than "Sign up now". Please have your development team correct this typo. While we do "sing" the praises of the ease-of-use of TurboTax 2022 software, the typo at the end appears to be an unintentional human error on your side. Thanks for getting it corrected.

I am beyond happy and satisfied with Turbotax and I will continue to use them in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product for a painful task Good product that makes easy work of something that is a bit overwhelming for most individuals. Some questions are worded such that they imply incorrect situations are detected with no recourse to correct (for example, stating my wife lost health coverage when she never lost coverage/was covered under my plan the entire year). Had a few other similar situations, but didn't seem to affect my tax amount.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was relatively easy to use and chat was I had a good experience using Turbo Tax for my federal and state taxes. I would have given a 5 star review but their web site was having difficulty which caused me to take a lot longer to finish than it should have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great first time experience In previous years, I always had at least some help from a tax consultant or accountant. This was my first time entering all my information myself. The system was very easy to use, and all the questions were easy to understand and easy to answer. Literally self explanatory! And I was able to file and pay all of my taxes all online, no trips to the bank or post office so that's great! I highly recommend this service for anybody who wants to do their taxes themselves from home.
