But this one, because of the measly $5 early penalty, I paid $118 Deluxe for fed and state ($59 each). If I allow them to deduct from my return, they will charge me $44 additional. So I used another option to pay $118 to avoid $44. This is robbery. I don't appreciate this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use but Family & Friends 20% off is bogus Turbo Tax is easy to use. I came back to Turbo Tax after a 4+ year lapse due to a 20% off offer sent to me by my daughter. We followed the necessary steps and no discount! They really shouldn't advertise something they are not going to give.
