It was dishonest, and I won't use them again. I had to pay $157 for a $98 tax break they found? It does come with a few bells and whistles if you think it's worth it. I don't

My tax form was very basic and straightforward and I feel the fee was a bit high, but I feel confident my return is complete and correct

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbo tax is free??? this is a lie TURBO TAX ADVERTISES THAT THEY ARE FREE WITH NO WORRIES. THIS IS BY FAR FROM THE TRUTH. EVERY YEAR THE PRICE GOES UP. THIS IS VERY DISSATISFIING AND A LIE. VERY DISSAPPOINTING.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well, Priced too high for premium.. Works well, price is not much less than block or any other preparer... The GUI automatically ups you to the premium tier and almost predatorily tries to upsell on other services. This is the 4th year using the software, with state and federal combined, it gets spendy just to basically have a gui tool to fill out a paper form and send it electronically. I used to go to a preparer and actually had a better service, but he retired.
