Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax needs to fix their code The agent assisting including Brien couldn't explain why I needed to set my view to 25% capability to be able to hit the next screen to file the taxes. Every page but the last few would allow me to scroll down. As my aunt was trying to help me as she has exclusively used TT to file her taxes in the past she will now pay the exorbitant fee to a tax preparer instead of filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I may have to find a new place for taxes I usually look forward to using Turbotax because they are user friendly...Turbotax use to be cost effective. It seems as if more fees are added every year. Since I file both of my federal and state taxes through Turbotax I feel they shouldnt have individual fees of 39.00 a piece. THen you add another 39.00 fee. That eats up my income tax. I could go into a local place if I am going to get charged that much...no disrespect. Perhaps maybe lumping the fee into a decently priced fee for those who file both federal and state would be helpful.
