Rated 4 out of 5 by from Last minute software update? Everything was fine until I tried to e-File. Got a message that may have to get online software updates (without telling me what the updates were for) causing anxiety. What would have happened if I had filed prior to the update?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes Made Easy I love using turbo tax and I have used it almost every year I have had to file taxes, I like the ability to be self-sufficient with my taxes instead of having to find a CPA and pay them to do the work for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THE NEW VERSION OF TURBO TAX IS AWFUL!!! I have used Turbo Tax for Years! And I have never had such trouble. The return I just filed should have taken me 20 minutes, if that. I have been working on it most of the afternoon!! Very difficult to use and understand. PLEASE RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS FORMAT

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overcharging AND glitching out during review There is quite the many charges this year to use turbotax compared to the prior years. It's efficient, yes. But there were issues during the review portion of the website that made me repeat trying to e-file over and over. I finally closed all browsers and restarted, and that worked.
