Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbotax is kind of wack At the end of the process, it forced me to do premium when I didn't want to, and there was not a way for me to pick the normal process, so I ended having to pay over $200 dollars when it was supposed to be "free" .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax software works very well Was able to work through complex taxes - back up, correct entries and enter info in Income or Deduction categories as I received my tax information. I wish that TurboTax carried form 8997, as that will be an issue next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Easy,but First time user for my special needs son and the low income status that he currently has I thought to do the filings mysel for him. My only complaint is that it took to long to discover I could get it FREE and had to start over. other than doing it twice it was easy. Thank you for the FREE SERVICE, it was a big help

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is amazing I've used turbo tax for atleast 7 years now. I wouldn't use anything else. It always has my info from the year before and makes things so much easier. Asks all the right questions and has little notes to answer questions a may have. For most of my young adult life a paid someone to do my taxes. It wasn't cheap. Then a friend showed me turbo tax and I realized I could do it myself, save some money and feel great that I did it right. I only had one issue years ago and it was my own fault. Lol make sure your name is right after you get married. Lol but other than that I've never had any problems. Tax season is no big deal now that I use turbo tax.
