Rated 1 out of 5 by from Immensely disapointed with my experience. My family and I used to be very pleased with the service that TurboTax offers. I am beyond upset with this experience because I was under the impression that I was entering my card information to recieve my tax refund, however I was charged for TurboTax deluxe. I requested a refund on my deluxe purchase because I wanted to use the free version like I have been for the past few years. I hope I am granted the refund so I can continue to speak highly of the company, but I am very upset.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbotax Prep went well, again. Largest difficulty was entering 1099-Rs especially entering details since they couldn't be retrieved by turbo tax. Also the investment income entries were tedious. Likely due to residual docs from last year that were not cleared out
