Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good, still has room for improvement Turbo Tax makes doing your taxes at home easy. They are the leader in this industry. I did have a few problems, though. One, they offered me a discounted promo rate. I took it, but in the end, I didn't get it. I was surprised by how much they bumped up the price. I was not going to back out after entering all my info. So, that seemed misleading, and you don't find out until the end after you do all the work. Next, I got caught is a schedule C loop. I entered something wrong the first time and it would not let me go back and change it. Ended up not being an issue because I used the standard deduction. The last minor issue but a significant annoyance, they put their chat icon over the "Continue" and "Next" buttons, and you can not move it. So, on every page, you are contending with navigating around the logo. Come on Turbo Tax, you are better than that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is Easy to Follow Turbo tax is very simple to use and understand. This was my first year doing my taxes myself and it was a breeze. I also love the fact that each question had many options to choose from on how to best answer said question. Also had help from a expert via chat, he was very helpful and walked me through the process pretty easily.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy but pricey. I feel that TurboTax makes filing much simpler than doing it alone. Almost so easy I feel like I may have missed something. However, my return was simple and short and I still paid over $200 without the extra MAX plan.
