Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful name and easy to remember! Did this by myself for the last 2 years. I specifically like the way I'm asked a general question and you only expand on the content if I answer yes. I liked the "learn more" links. It was good to see last year's comparisons too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax user for life! I've been a long term user of turbo tax going back to when I filed individually and continued with the product after getting married. We've always received great refunds and the detailed guidance is absolutely terrific! I'm always confident that everything is checked and double checked and having the security and peace of mind that absolutely every base and situation is covered. I've utilized the live customer support the past two years as there were some changes to our financial situation and the agents were beyond personable and helpful in clarifying my concerns, guiding me through until I felt confident to continue on my own. Turbo Tax has a lifelong customer in me!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wish it worked for e-filing, but it doesn't TurboTax is helpful (but not great) in the process of assembling a tax return. There are other programs that are probably as good. TurboTax then mindlessly and automatically tells you that your return is good to go and has been e-filed, when in fact it ends up being rejected because the IRS says some numbers somewhere don't match. So I end up printing everything out and mailing it in. Extremely annoying, and kind of deceptive, I feel.

But now the fees for this are out of the roof... Didn't take long to figure out what not understood the help guidance system was enough. Saved some $$$ and that's what it's all about. Would use TurboTax again.

Your program along with LIVE agents ALWAYS being available to serve me has given me a SIMPLE place to do my taxes for my 2 businesses and rental and husband's w-2. I don't need education beyond knowing my numbers and how to type them in, you do the rest. THANK YOU for giving me the ability to input things once and take out the middle man!
