Rated 1 out of 5 by from My "Expert" almost turned disaster My tax return was incorrectly completed resulting in a significant amount of stress on my end. I needed to find the issue and even when I did, I was still told I was wrong. Eventually had to get on a video conference just to prove that it was incorrect and incomplete.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes Made Easy! Loved that I didn't have put all the w2 information into the computer. I just had to verify my codes on my w2s and all the information was there and correct. Filed the simple way and it may have taken me 20 minutes from start to finish. Thanks for making filing taxes easy for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Slow and clunky but it seems to work. I've been using TT since the late 90's, not because it's great, but because there is really no alternative. That's probably why Intuit hasn't changed the UX since they. Same old clunky, slow workflow. Just awful. They're probably spending the money on lobbying to keep the tax code super complicated.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs update Turbo tax is a great product and I have used it for years. I would like to see an update on selling a business or franchise. The option is there to say that the business was sold during the calendar year but the program does not feature the ability to add the sale to the tax return. May have to use another company for 2022 taxes if this is not added.
