Rated 5 out of 5 by from Service is easy to use When speaking with the Assistant prior to being connected to a Live Expert they were very personable. Then when speaking with the Live Expert to take care of my Full Service Tax Returns she explained questions I had and reasons why I certain things are on my taxes when figuring up the refund or payment to the IRS. Very personable as well even when the situation on my end wasn't what I expected.
