Rated 3 out of 5 by from Two Tax "experts" NOT Experts Two of TurboTax's "experts" gave me bad advice, and the second one even told me that the problem would correct itself after I entered my state information (was this a sales technique???) You need real experts to help us. Frustrating experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The last time I am using TurboTax I have been using TurboTax for two years to file my individual tax return. The 2020 return was rejected due to the wrong last year's AGI. I got the transcript from IRS stating that they don't have my return whereas the TT was stating that it has been processed. Now I have to lose my time trying to figure it out. Next year, I will pay a preparer instead of using TurboTax.
