Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pricing Is a bit Off-Puting The offer of free filing and lower priced options are valid, but there are always other levels at higher prices that offer more. Tax time is sressful and expensive enough. Offer one fair price and the same services to everyone.

Through marriages, property purchases, work and life changes, TurboTax has been a wonderful tool to help me organize and file my taxes. I give 4 stars because I usually have to resort to the IRS website for some unusual and complex tax questions, as the additional professional service is expensive, but I still efile with TurboTax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Will never use again It was confusing as to which Michigan Business I should use. And when I tried to complete the form I finally had to call Support because the software frozen. Finally able to complete and when I returned to complete and e-file it would not return where I left off, so I had to go to the return and repeat steps. And even after making corrections it got caught in a loop and would not recognize my changes and would not let me e-file my Federal return. Just a terrible product.
