Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you, TurboTax! Filing tax returns can be complicated, but TurboTax makes it easy. Whenever I had a problem, I simply typed my question into the Search window and problem solved! I'm very thankful for TurboTax. It is extremely user-friendly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Ok.... I'm find TurboTax to be helpful but also annoying. There are a number of things that are hidden or VERY hard to find. There is also too many requests to upgrade and spend more $ with TurboTax. Overall, it saves time vs. doing a return by hand but could be much better!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its was simple but some more support was needed After W2 was uploaded, in the Federal Section, Box 15 said "All State" Box 16 was empty while Box 17 had value. Instead of guiding me what to do here, Turbotax just kept asking me to fill in Box 15 & 16, even though Turbotax kept saying leave it blank if W2 has it blank. It was super confusing and it took me two days to figure out by myself as to what needs to be done to fix it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too much trouble, never again While inputting data wasn't all that difficult, but TurboTax kept asking questions about a $1.24 item (example: Did I have any employees? How many States did I work in to earn the Income? Etc. None of the questions were logical.) In addition, every time I did something and it required more data. it tried to get me to upgrade or pay more money. EVENTUALLY, I got the message "Complete - Ready to File". I hit the FILE button and nothing happened (the only option to determine what to do seemed to be to pay more money to get tech support. I Googled the issue and found out that I needed to turn off Pop-Up Blocking! So the Premiere package cost extra and when I hit "yes, file" I see I was charges an ADDITIONAL $95.44 Next year I will pay someone the $250 this cost and not have to lift a finger. Doing this myself was NOT smart.
