Rated 2 out of 5 by from major issues I have used Turbo Tax every year since 2000, but support by phone this year was horrible compared to past years. I had major issues with the mortgage interest deduction this year but could not reach anyone to discuss it. Your robot operator kept asking for a nine digit code, and even though I bought the CD from Costco with phone support included, there was no nine digit code anywhere to be found. Terrible experience. I doubt I will use Turbo Tax next year because of it. Congrats. You greatly reduced calls to your agents, but you lost one loyal customer because of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such A Relief My taxes were a bit more complicated this year since I went into business for myself on top of my regular 9-5 employment plus unemployment during the beginning of the Covid pandemic. Turbo Tax made it so incredibly easy for me to file without missing anything!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from this was terrible the state version used to be free to print. now they put the option to print behind a paywall. the "help" online was unable to figure this out, and I ended up having to pay the 50$ anyways. Looking to use HR block next year!
