Constantly pushing to upgrade when not necessary. I have been using for about 10 years, I have had enough! there has to be a better option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax gets better every year! In 2022, i learned that i have Parkinsons and it interfered with my tax preparation. Today, April16, 2023, i am having to mail my 2021 tax forms and i am not able to order the Audit Defense option, which i order every year, because of the date. Please find a way for me to acuire Audit Defense; when i called them they said that Intuit has to initiate the deal.

Do to a business that I have, filing this way allows me to take my time and make sure I have entered all the information. If I am interrupted, TurboTax saves my information then lets me start where I left off.
