He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, a definite asset to TurboTax live. With the online features available, it was like he was sitting directly across from me. I don't think Ill ever go back to my orginal CPA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy This is the first year using TurboTax and I am very impressed with the ease of use and how it walked me through step by step for both my Federal and State. I enjoyed the options to have a live tax specialist assist and review my taxes as well.
