Whenever I need help, I log into chat and get expert advice to help me feel confident about filing. I can't say I enjoy doing taxes, but I can say it's easy to complete them with Turbo tax. Thanks!

At the end of the process, I had to enter my bank account details 2 times twice, my credit card information at least twice - even though you already had it all on-file in my Intuit account. Why not display what you have on file and ask if it continues to be what is correct - the same goes for DL information.
