Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tammy was wonderful I hit a snag with my husband's one-time freelance work for a design company, I was not able to proceed with the return. I live-chatted with Tammy, and she spent the next 45 minutes with me going over each aspect of the return. We finally realized that I had to upgrade to "Self Employed" for that one job. That was a bit frustrating--BUT Tammy was terrific.

She didn't hang up until she made sure my taxes were filed....however I don't understand why I am being charged for using my refund to pay for filing my taxes with you! I don't remember being charged for that last year...
