Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great! Very easy and convenient to use! It takes out the guess work and allows you to have accurate tax returns. It's also simple and fast now that you can upload your info and the program gathers the information for you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax disappoints once again I attempted to file my Federal and State taxes on 2/4 and was able to continue through the entire process, including paying TurboTax for their service. The money was immediately debited from my bank account. My Federal taxes were accepted within an hour or so, but my Kansas state return was rejected due to "Reject Code KS_40SVR". I revisited my return and learned that it was rejected due to a product update needed on TurboTax's end. This update was supposed to be implemented on 2/9, so I'd need to wait six days to try and refile. I tried to refile on 2/9, and my return was rejected once again for the same reason. Why is TurboTax collecting money and open to accepting State returns when their product is not able to process them? Seems very unethical to not provide that information upfront so that customers 1) aren't alarmed when their return is rejected and 2) have the option to use another service if they want to file same day, without needing to log in multiple times a week to attempt to file a return. I gave TurboTax another chance after the disastrous handling of stimulus checks, but I'll be switching to H&R Block next year. Just too much unexpected hassle.
