Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is confusing and expensive My return kept getting rejected because of a flaw in your system. You did not make it easy for me to figure out why it was rejected. I tried to get a refund so I could file with someone else, but you didn’t make that easy either! I’m very upset and will not be using TurboTax any longer.
