Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very difficult . guidance through the income steps was not easy to understand for retired on a pension and social security. There was difficulty when calculating the charitable cash donations we gave $389.00 cash to various charities. The system wouldn't let us use the $300.00 allowed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Used for years! This is my 7th year using TurboTax to file, and I am a very loyal user! It is user friendly and the live experts are very helpful. Unfortunately, there was an error with my child tax credit. Although my son very clearly qualified, Turbo Tax said he didn't qualify. I talked to an expert who helped me try everything to fix this problem. Finally I just deleted him as a dependent and re entered his information the exact same way as a new dependent and he instantly qualified. Just be careful and REALLY go over your return with a fine tooth comb because even computers make mistakes. Anyway, I will still continue to use Turbo Tax going forward!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax rocks my socks!! I have used TurboTax for years and have never had any issues. I have used big tax prep service in prior years and have dealt with many issues but never once with TurboTax.
