Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax keeps getting better. I've been using TurboTax for years and haven't been disappointed. The only thing I wish the system could improve on if a little more details in the self employment portion. Filing taxes as an Ubereats driver takes up most of my time in the system because the questions can be a bit confusing and I some times I'm not sure if I am doing things right. I'm sure the more questions that are brought up, the better the system can/will become to eliminate stress and time consuming questions for the rideshare portion.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from What happened in 2020 I've been using Turbo Tax for 7 years and its always been awesome. I specifically moved from HR Block online because they handled more situations and was more user friendly. This year there were multiple times I had do delete and re-enter items because did strange things like duplicating my income from a 1099-MISC attaching it to both a Schedule E and a home business. It also did some strange math on my 1099-G that made me have to delete and re-enter to correct. My trust in the correctness of my taxes is very shaken at this point.

I recommend everyone to try. it was simple fast and easy. but it also lets you go at your own pace if you choose to which is awesome!!! and there are always Turbo Tax experts with tons of experience waiting to help with anything you may have trouble with. i love turbotax and trust the work. thank you turbotax ;)
