We used the Deluxe version and it did a good job with my wife's small business except for a lack of clarity in how to fill out business expenses if not receiving or issuing a W-2 forms. It would also be very helpfull to provide job code info other than from the IRS which was difficult to find. The checks and reviews are excellent and we are hoping that the W-2 issue doesn't create an audit. We saw no info on a direct line for help, just online FAQ's which are veery time consuming. It would be good to show a phone number when we get to the review section at the end because that's where all of the questions really come up.
