Rated 1 out of 5 by from All my information from previous years gone! All my tax returns for several years are gone. I had to type all my information in again. All documents are gone. Turbo tax said I've never filed with Turbo Tax before. This is completely wrong. I used the same username and password, so I didn't create a new account.

Super helpful if youre not confident with life changes you're not sure how to put on your taxes but why then force an upgrade to figure how health care stuff and give the option to pay with your refund and have an additional charge for using the option. Get charged twice for the more convenient option. Not going to use TurboTax next year.
