Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult to use and slow to load I have used Turbo Tax every year since 2006, usually the online version. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I do not intend to ever use the download or CD version again. This version loaded slowly, needed re-prompting several times, always needed updates which further slowed the start-up. Very frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use Turbo Tax Every Year Since 1997 I enjoy the ease of using Turbo Tax Deluxe and have used since 1997. The ability to switch between step-by-step and forms is very useful. The help is always useful as well.
