Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great BUT I really enjoy Turbo Tax and have used it for 8 years now. The only thing I would say that really hurts my pocket is the amount of fees it takes to file. I totally understand the fees to file, but when someone doesn't have enough to pay for those fees and ask it to be taken out of their refund, you shouldn't charge them another fee on top of that. It took almost $120 out of my refund just for the fees which is horrible in this economy. I will try to look for cheaper options next year.
