The fact that the program keeps up with IRS changes and updates is an immeasurable benefit; provides a sense that taxes are calculated accurately. Printing the tax forms provides a hard copy for files. I am not going to e-file so I cannot comment on that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I found out it should not have cost me anything to file but Turbo tax used a service so I had $200 out of my refund go to Turbo tax when it should have been free. Very disappointed in the service received after I have been a loyal customer for so long. Shameful
