Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use The first expert I talked to did okay but the second one was excellent did everything in his power to help me figure out the problem it ended up just being something they had to fix, love this site very easy to use!

I paid for assistance after I missed the first call.. when I called in I was sent into a dark hole. I just paid the full price even after I did it all on my own and was not able to get a refund.. again I called into the VR dark hole

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always The Easiest For around 20 years I have used TurboTax for my tax return process and it is always easy and I feel confident I am doing things correctly. They catch the little mistakes or missing boxes that I would otherwise look past if I was on my own.
