Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy process but fees are getting out of hand I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years and have always found it very easy to use. The way the program walks you thorough each step and allows you to find thinks that you might not have thought of checking is extremely helpful. I am disappointed that the cost continues to rise each year. As you no longer have to actually buy the disc, it seems that there would be a considerable tax savings to Intuit by people completing their returns through the app but instead it seems that each year, the cost goes up. If this trend isn't reversed, I may investigate other products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax employees were excellent I enjoyed being able to talk to a specialist about my taxes and it really helped me out with my answers! I definitely recommend using turbo tax!!

On the page that i paid.. it did not say what i was paying and there was no way to go back. I look forward to signing up for the class action suit of lack of transparency and deception.
