Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Good I like that I can store my returns electronically and have them at my fingertips. I don't like that I am charged $90 to file my Federal return when it is a simple return, then another $50 for my state. I think that is a bit expensive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Terrible, horrible worst experience ever!! Going back to H & R Block next year. I must have called at least 10 times. I was hung up on at least 5 of those times. I was misinformed about AGI and efiling. And I did it 4 times (was told I could do it 5) and now I have to mail the return. I felt like I knew way more about taxes then any of your reps. I want all of my money back.

It always answers all my questions, it always makes the process simple, it instills confidence in me that my return was done accurately and then I’m getting the largest refund possible, and I love the ability to get the audit protection at the end! Been a customer for probably nearly a decade and although there may be “cheaper“ products available I’ll continue to be a customer!
