Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and fast! TurboTax is so easy! I used it for the first time this year and it only took me about an hour. I've usually paid an accountant twice as much, and I still got a pretty good tax return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't contact any evey with Premier Wisconsin efile will not send return with the refund being applied to 2023. Can't find help. I thought I could talk to a professional but you jack me around from place to place. I have been using TT a long time but getting discouraged. It may be time to move to another service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the Best! Most everything about TT is great. Easy to understand and follow the logic. The live chat and along with resource links is super helpful. It's user friendly for the most part, but being able to chat live and obtain assistance is very helpful. I received great support with a problem trying to use my CC for payment. Issue resolved and returns filed with minimal time once I went on live chat.

TurboTax has helped me get tax return benefits I would have never otherwise predicted, and the process layout is incredible. I do not understand taxes, yet it always manages to make the process clear and simple. I have only good things to say about it.
