Rated 1 out of 5 by from Free version cost me 80 bucks Easy to do my simple taxes, but was advertised as free to file but actually cost me $40 for Federal and another $40 for State. I feel like a fish that was reeled in, I paid it just because I was to lazy to calculate my taxes again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent step-by-step instructions Most employers are set up with this service so your W2 is probably already on file with TurboTax. Basic gives very helpful and clear explanations about what the IRS is actually asking for (which box on the W2, how to report income from other states, etc.) Good for people with recent changes like immigration or moving, change in relationship, or change in job status especially in 2020.
