I've used Turbo Tax every year since to handle our personal and business taxes, my dad's taxes, his estate, and my brother's final taxes across these years. It has always been easy! Sure I have to read and think, but it would be far more work to do it myself! I've never been audited, so never had to ask for any help either.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to file but the download is a waste of time The download process took just as long as doing and filing the taxes. Poor instructions and still cost $20 to e-file State. I got the download on Amazon, which was not clear to me that I would still pay for State filing. In the end it cost me just as much to file everything without the download in the end. Waste of my time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS GREAT AND JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER!! This is my 4th year now using turbo tax. They really seem to listen to there customers and make necessary adjustments to make it more convenient for everyone, because things seem to get easier every year so THANK YOU TURBO TAX!! But there is one thing however that seriously needs fixing and please please for the love of greatness please fix this one thing and that is *when you sign in using a mobile device first you have to sign in using (phone#,email,or user I.D) so if you've forgotten any of that down below you can select "Try Something Else" and when you've chosen that your asked to fill in, (Name, DOB, Social, Zip Code). All of this is fine and dandy and is a great option when in a pickle but to fill in the DOB on mobile device you have to manual scan back each month and the calendar starts on the present month day and year so in this case 2/13/2023. My birth year is1983 so I'd have to hit the Calendar's back button at least 468 times to fill in the date because it goes back only by month you can't go back by year to get there that's kind of crazy lol! In my 4 years of using your software this I'm surprised hasn't changed. There was one year I was tapping the button so fast I missed the calendar's back button and had to start all over again I had a 14 months to go so I was almost there! Other than It's great product thanks very much.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works for me I've used turbo tax for many years but these last two years, its seems like its becoming a bit more difficult to do your own simple taxes. I feel like its kind of forcing you to upgrade while your inputting your info. It asked me about 8 times to upgrade, then just to tell me right before submitting my return, that I must upgrade in order to get my return back. I don't know, maybe that's standard, I still plan on using it the following hears unless it beco.we too complicated.
