Rated 2 out of 5 by from Definitely not as good as previously years i got an error message at the review stage telling me I have an incorrect value entered in my 1099-B form. it told me to enter zero but when I did It name back again and again. I searched FAQ and found others had the same issue. Directions said to so a search and click on Jump to 1099-B which came up for a split second and disappeared. it took me several unsuccessful attempts to finally get to the manual form. the reason for rejection was the broker entered a value for wash sale < $.49 which rounded to zero and turbo tax could not resolve. I had to go in and manually delete all the values less than $.49, Turbotax should had programmed around this pain. I wasted an hour and a half on this. after I e-filed, turbotax did not ask me for my IP PIN so both state and federal were rejected. All this crap for $130 fee...I.m pretty upset with this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from More Hassle than usual There were new fees for e-filing, which I found troublesome, as well as a slew of new, small print disclaimers and minutiae which I found ridiculous. NOT a good portent for the future....

I Didnt have a need for assistance as of yet ... my returns were rejected due to my own mistakes and TurboTax made it so easy to correct. I brought me right to problems so just a simple change of a few numbers!!
