Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was right on time tonight After an extremely stressful week, I decided to finish it off by completing my taxes. It started off well but I had to call an expert for assistance which was bumpy initially but worked out fine. The program smartly didn't allow me to make the mistakes that I was making by accident. My only complaint was the fees keep going up or making it seem as though you must pay for additional services.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a nice option. However I originally opted for the $40 upgrade and ended up paying $120. Not happy. I will not allow this to happen again. Just wanted to get it over with. Should've gone to H&R Block. I wouldn't have had to do anything but drop off paperwork. Not Happy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not User Friendly I started a business in 2020 and figured that I would use Turbo Tax Business to file my taxes as I have had great experiences filing my personal taxes with Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax Business is not user friendly at all. There's a away to access forms but I have no idea what the forms are for. My business is already an approved S Corp yet the form 2553 pops up as a form that I need to complete. It is confusing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax is very helpful to military folks i have always had a good experience since i am in the military and i move every four years... turbo tax is always there for me and if you ever need a spokesperson to go on TV please choose me ill be glad to say some good things about you all....

I did have a question about our state taxes so requested a Turbo Tax Representative call us. The call was returned within the promised time and the representative was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction,
