Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another easy breezy Turbo Tax year! After several years of pain-free tax assistance, this year I had the need to speak to a representative. Nancy was amazing; friendly and very-helpful. I got through the whole process in under two hours.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use but they take too much $ I am a pregnant, single, working individual who was really looking forward to getting a little money with my return. Although filing was easy, by the time it came to pay I was charged almost half of what my return would be. It was disheartening after working on taxes for an hour seeing the refund you are entitled to be cut in half on top of charging $40 processing fee to take the cost out of your return.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from end result was good getting there was a nightmare! I couldn't figure out how to save my progress to I could come back to where I had been. Some instructions weren't clear. I wanted to e-file the federal return and mail the state return but couldn't find a box to indicate that.Maybe the Rapid pass thing was part of the problem.

If I have any question's they have live agent ready to help at any time. If you are anybody need someone to do your tax and not sure where to go . I will highly say turbo Tax :) !!!1
