However, there is a part at the very end of everything where I was asked to review some sections and the information being asked from me was very confusing and there was no option for me to get direction on what was needed or even clarification of what is being asked without calling into your help lin.e

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Covers Most Things First time doing taxes for my mom using TurboTax. Seemed pretty straightforward, but you still need to at least fix the online option so you can enter all states on 1099-B. And "Multiple States" should be FIRST on the drop-down list, not LAST.
