Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Experience Took four hours to resolve a Turbo Tax software issue. Used Turbo Tax for 20 years, never had an problem until today. Talked to six different representatives over four hours. It was nothing that I entered wrong, it was their software issue. I felt I should get some money back, since I already paid but was rejected by IRS and it was a Turbo Tax issue - never did.

I upgraded my app this year to include a live conversation with a TT tax expert and was so glad I did. She answered all my questions and made my return the best experience yet!
