Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not impressed I have been using Turbo Tax for years. The only draw at this point is the convenience. All the unnecessary fees and gimmicks have gotten out of hand. Having to pay a fee to check my state tax as a Fl resident is ridiculous. And of course every time I select "skip state" it makes me go back to recheck leaving me no option but to agree to pay a fee to check state tax for state that has no state tax. Im over it. This will be my last year using Turbo Tax.

I have been in accounting since 2018 and have utilized this product for bookkeeping, personal and payroll tax filings, and QuickBooks desktop versions with an without inventory. All platforms offer outstanding customer service, quick response times, and easy/user friendly products.
