I really like using it, i have used it for almost 10 yrs now. the only thing that I didn't like is that in order to use your tax refund to pay for the service you have to use their premium service which is "optional" but not really, it cost an additional $44... but other then that it's pretty user friendly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smh I have been using turbo tax since I’ve been able to file taxes. And for them to mess my taxes up. To where I owe the state and idk how I owe. When nothing on my end changed. And I pay more in taxes now. I’ve been paying for full service and it all was for nothing and a waste of money. Cause it’s regular service and I knew more than my rep did. SMH never again next year if I survive I’m going to H&R Block.
