State Return Two Thing that bug me every year. 1) You tell me I live in a state that has not Income tax and then on 2 subsequent screens, you tell me to get started on my state return? I've already acknowledge it, so why keep asking????? 2) The initial screen for registering the product is never filled in. Been using TT for 20 years, why can't you just fill it in??????

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Don't Buy Digital Download Version Other than the problem downloading it's great. Buy the CD version. I can't believe anyone could file their taxes without TurboTax or a paid professional.

They are up to date with current tax rules and explains every details on every step you are on the subject. When I had a technical problem with the software, someone had really helped me until the issue was resolved!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is everything it says it is! The Process of filing through TurboTax is so easy. You can either go it yourself with guidance or have a Live chat with an expert. I went the former, either way as long as you follow the easy to follow directions, you can't go wrong. Why didn't I file with them sooner, when I started filing taxes back in 2018?!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Service but, with Unexpected Fees The UI is great and smooth. Make sure you read through everything. It will skip some possible deductions, such as school or education. I was required to upgrade to deluxe to file a retirement deduction to save and the upgrade took the vast majority of the extra money. I have filed every year with turbotax and have had a free federal return every singe year until this year. This is the first time I can say that I have been unsatisfied with their service. Try not charging extra for a deductible that a majority of people need. Next year I will use a local CPA if it cost this much for me to file again, I would rather not do any work if I am paying near what I just paid.
