Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst Turbo tax is the worst. No one was able to help me amend my return for prior year. I was put on hold and the and the hang up on. No one ever reached back out to me to help and I’ve had to call back multiple times. The help working at turbo tax does not know what they are doing they aren’t helpful and they over charge you for full service help.
