However, eFile for the state has a charge if the CD version is used - nothing about that on the disk. Customer Service did a fantastic job in determining what the issue was and how to resolve it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not too happy have finally felt comfortable to do my taxes fast with out mistakes because i am used to it. For once I didn't choose any protections plans or anything but they all were added on at the end and i cant find where to unpick the plans.

I think I left off some of my deductions because this process stresses me out. This year seemed much different from last year. For the $300 I paid I should have just went to a CPA.
