Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quicker and easier than paper!! Most of the return was easy. Only hick-up was with 1099-S. Had to use the search engine to find information for sale of primary residence. This required back tracking to remove the 1099-S. There was no prompt asking if the 1099-S was primary residence or second home. Otherwise it was merely a matter of me identifying the correct information.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful! The representative Marylin was super nice and helpful. She deserves a promotion. Some of the questions about moving to AZ and my stock trading were way too confusing and repetitive. Pricing was more than expected too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use but costs more than advertised Very easy to enter all forms by pulling directly from banks etc. or uploading pdfs. Very difficult to downgrade to a less expensive product, and "partner discounts" don't work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why would you anything else? TurboTax is even better this year. it imports old numbers, makes numerous suggestions and has turned a nightmare week of the old days into less than 1.5 hours of work

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Honestly so nice Chats are hit or miss sometimes, but today they seamless integration from a UX standpoint was really stellar. I knew it would be a screen share thing but it was simple to use and my chat assistant was really knowledgable. We were able to get my return fixed and filed! so easy!
