My returns are simple and the software and support has always been effective, easy to understand, and has resources available when I have a question. I believe there once was a time the IRS questioned a portion of my return and Turbo Tax was there to assist me with filing the forms necessary to properly respond to the IRS's inquiry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from was very easy with the help of the online help I was having trouble trying to do it by myself but then i oppted to talk with an agent and a man named Alex was awesome 3 days i coulkdnt figure out what i was doing wrong but he did in 5 minutes or less, Thank you Alex you are the man!!!
