Rated 3 out of 5 by from The Process works well, but payment was not great I am a California native that is now currently in the UK but still needing to file my taxes. The process of doing so was fine; nice and easy, easy to manuever. But when I went to pay for the filing, it was nearly impossible to do so with a foreign address. I was given three different options to pay, but none would take a bank with a foreign address. I had to jump through hoops just in order to pay to file my taxes, and I couldn't even speak with a live person about it because the only way to do so was to either pay to upgrade the account (I barely have money as it is) or to get a phone call (which suprise! I also could not receive because of my FOREIGN PHONE NUMBER. I am so utterly frustrated at the moment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was skeptical but it was great I didn't think it was going to be easy and honestly I was scared to do my taxes but TurboTax really made it easy. That sounds straight out of a commercial but that's the truth there were some confusing parts but that's bound to happen but TurboTax answered my questions simply and made the whole process stress-free
